Your next home improvement is just around the corner! Now that your order with AIM Home Automation has been placed, it is now in progress. You can expect to hear from us next once the order is done processing. At that time, an AIM team member will reach out to schedule your installation.
Processing Times
Right now, expected processing times range anywhere from 5-9 weeks. Because these times can change rapidly and frequently, we will not preemptively send status updates. However, if at any point you would like to know the status of your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out via email, and we will gladly send you an update upon request.

The manufacturing industry is uncertain at this time. If components go out of stock, this could cause your order to be delayed. We hope this does not happen, but if it does, we will notify you of any significant changes as soon as possible and work to find a solution if necessary. We appreciate your understanding in advance!
